This aromatic wine, full of freshness and roundness, has fruit but also the optimal acidity necessary for a perfect match with seafood, for which it was vinified.

This wine is a blend of Baroque (unique in the world), Manseng and Sauvignon.
These grape varieties are harvested at night when it's colder to avoid oxidation of the juice.

Very aromatic nose of fruit and flowers. What a bouquet!
Very fresh on the palate, lively, aromatic but sufficiently rounded. Perfectly balanced, as the nose did not reveal the subtle acidity needed for iodised products. On the palate, there was a break between fruity roundness and acidity.
The Blanc de l’Océan is vinified by the Vignerons Landais winery, AOP Tursan, in the South of Bordeaux, which groups together a hundred of winegrowers who are all involved on a daily basis in the Quality and Sustainable Development process, as evidenced by several certifications, such as the Agriconfiance label.
